1. Gas Tank System – Primary LPG Storage & Safety Control
The gas tank system is the foundation of any LPG installation and plays a critical role in overall safety. We provide expert LPG tank sizing and selection based on consumption demand, site conditions, and regulatory requirements, including both aboveground and underground installations.
Our designs strictly follow Civil Defense safety distances and incorporate RCC foundations to ensure structural stability and long-term durability. Each tank system is equipped with essential safety components such as pressure relief valves, excess flow valves, and isolation valves to protect against overpressure and uncontrolled gas release.
To safeguard the system from corrosion and electrical hazards, we implement cathodic protection, proper earthing, and bonding. Additional safety measures such as crash barriers, fencing, and hazard signage are provided to protect the installation from external impact and unauthorized access. These combined measures ensure safe LPG storage under all operating conditions.
2. Gas Piping System – Controlled Distribution Network
The gas piping system safely transports LPG from storage tanks to consumption points while maintaining stable pressure and leak-free operation. We design and install high-quality carbon steel or PE pipelines based on application requirements and environmental conditions.
Our systems include multiple stages of pressure regulation to ensure consistent gas flow and safe operating pressure throughout the network. Emergency shut-off valves are strategically installed to allow rapid isolation in case of leakage or emergency situations.
Fire-rated wall and floor penetrations are provided to maintain fire compartment integrity. All piping systems undergo rigorous strength and tightness testing before commissioning. Detailed as-built drawings and final commissioning ensure accuracy, traceability, and long-term system reliability.
3. LPG Gas Detection & Safety System
Early detection is critical in preventing gas-related incidents. Our LPG gas detection and safety systems provide continuous monitoring of gas concentration in critical areas.
The system generates early warnings before gas levels reach the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL), allowing timely corrective action. Audible and visual alarms alert occupants and operators immediately, while automatic solenoid shut-off valves isolate the gas supply to prevent escalation.
For enhanced safety and coordinated response, gas detection systems can be fully integrated with fire alarm systems and Building Management Systems (BMS), ensuring centralized monitoring and control.
4. Testing, Commissioning & Authority Approval
Before system handover, we conduct comprehensive testing and commissioning to verify safety, performance, and compliance. This includes pressure testing, functional testing of valves and safety devices, and calibration of gas detectors.
We ensure that all systems are commissioned according to approved drawings and design criteria. Complete documentation is prepared and submitted to Saudi Civil Defense and relevant authorities to obtain final approvals, ensuring the system is legally compliant and ready for safe operation.
5. 24/7 Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) – LPG Systems
Long-term safety and compliance depend on proper maintenance. Our 24/7 AMC services ensure that LPG systems remain safe, reliable, and fully compliant throughout their operational life.
Services include preventive maintenance, routine inspections, gas leak surveys, detector calibration, and emergency response support. We also provide compliance documentation and reports required by regulatory authorities, giving clients confidence in continuous system safety and performance.
